These are shirred eggs we made as a team. The first has two eggs, heavy cream, parmesan, and green onions. The second has two eggs, bacon, yellow onion, heavy cream, mixed cheese, and green onions.

This is an American omelet with yellow onion, red bell pepper, bacon, mixed shredded cheese, and green onions that we served with hashbrowns with yellow onion and red bell pepper.
These are sticky ribs I plated with fig barbecue sauce, sesame seeds, pickled cucumbers, and green onions.
This is a spinach salad I plated that has spinach, radicchio, mango salsa, mandarin oranges, chopped nuts, crispy onions, and a carrot ginger dressing.
These are 6 oz beef sirloins I prepped for sous vide at the Blue Stag Saloon.
